Delivery Policy

We take great pride in offering a quick, simple and enjoyable experience in purchasing the best sweets and chocolates around.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24/48 hours. We dispatch orders Monday-Friday (Working Days).

We use a variety of couriers including DPD, UPS, Royal Mail & Parcel Force as well as personally delivering orders in the South Wales Area.

Please note that the couriers don’t use refrigerated transport when delivering items so bear this in mind when ordering chocolate during the summer months. We cannot accept responsibility for items melting during transport.

Refund Policy

If your item is either damaged or incorrect please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We will send you a replacement for the item, no refunds will be given.

You must provide photographic evidence of the original packaging and of the items sent, otherwise we cannot offer any replacements.

If your item is opened we will not be able to accept a replacement. Your item must be in same condition that you received it. Unopened and in original packaging. If your return is accepted you will be liable for return postage.
